I hope that this year 2016 to bring you all the best to you and to your families. I wish you a happy new year full of fulfilling things.
I have the pleasure to announce you that in March with the big support of the France Folklore Federation and of Mr. President Adj. Nicolas Charlety it will be organized the first IGF Board Council Meeting and the official opening of our social and historic headquarter from Voiron.
With this occasion it will be discussed the following issues:
– IGF activities for 2016
– IGF Folklore Caravan
– World Folklore Stars
– IGF Gold Star
– Schedules for the IGF committees
– Reporting about the subordinated federations
– Financial situation
– Other things
I kindly ask to all our colleagues to prepare all the information’s regarding the activities proposed for 2016 and information’s about the federations that are subordinated to him.
The general program for your meeting from Voiron is attached to this letter.
Also please don’t forget to fill the registration form and send it to our colleagues from France until 1 March.
It will not be allowed companion persons. At this meeting can participate only IGF Members written in the attachment.
