Dear colleagues between 17 and 19 May 2013 with the big support of our friend Mrs. Meny Papanicolau we will organize at Athena – Greece the IGF Board meeting with the following order:
1. Analyze of 2012’s activities
2. Financial situation analyze
3. Introducing new members
4. General program for World Folklore Stars and Oscar 2013
5. Establishing the participants for World Folklore Stars and final nominalization for Oscar 2013
6. Establishing the program for the IGF Caravan 2013
7. Other problems
Please communicate your participation until 25 February 2013 so we can make the reservation for accommodations and meals.
IGF together considerable effort of our colleague Mrs. Meny Papanicolau will provide free accommodations and meals for the board members but the transport belongs to each of you.
