Dear colleagues between 16 and 18 May 2014 with the big support of our colleague Ms. Birute Akelaitiene from Lithuania we will organize at Vilnius, an IGF Board meeting with the following order:
1. Information’s and details about our visit in
Argentina, Belarus, Ukraine and Italy;
2. We will have to do one analysis about the taxes and some
rules from the statute;
3. We will do one analyses and we will complete the proposals for
“Oscar Award”, “World Folk Star” and the Prize for the cultural
institutes;
4. We will discuss all about the “Folklore Caravan 2014”
5. We have to discuss something about the sign of our Union and also
about the name I.G.F : Mondial Union of Folklore I.G.F
6. Anniversary of 65 years of I.G.F.
7. Diversity
Please communicate your participation the end of January 2014 so we can make the reservation for accommodations and meals.
There are invited also our new colleagues from Argentina, Belarus and Egypt so they will be introduced to all of you.
