It is with deep sadness that I have found out the November 13th attacks in Paris, which caused countless victims. We blame these terrorist attacks that filled with grief the French people and the entire world. On my behalf and on behalf of the entire I.G.F. World Folklore Union I would like you to accept my heartfelt sympathy and I assure you that we are beside you in these extremely difficult moments. The entire folk community requests to all leaders to take drastic measures for uprooting this scourge of terrorism.
