Engaged with culture since 1974, the founder and creator of most of the performances of the folklore ensemble “Kopaonik” Leposavic (It has been around 1500 performances so far in Serbia and abroad since 1998). I take special care of tradition, culture and national identity of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija, and its preservation. I have created 28 choreographies, 16 related to Kosovo and Metohija. The found of “Kopaonik” has published the books “Povratak ishodistu” (the return to the origination) and “National costumes of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija in 19th and 20th century”
The holder of the Octobar award of the municipality of Leposavic in the field of culture, the medal for Lifetime Achievement for the preservation of Serbian cultural heritage and other awards.
